Michael Kaviani - Founder & President

Having previously enjoyed working with IBM and KPMG, Michael decided that he’d like to experience the IT industry from a different perspective and in 2000, along with co-founder James Hanck, established Method360. His aim was to provide clients with an efficient and cost-effective solution to their IT needs. Michael brings with him vast experience of the IT industry with extensive knowledge of IT and ERP consulting, project management, web and client/server development, business process analysis and reengineering, risk assessment, web-based data applications, ERP deployment and multi-platform legacy integration.

James Hanck, ESQ. - Founder, Vice President & General Counsel

Before founding Method360 with Michael, James gained invaluable experience in IT consulting, software architecture and compliance with government regulations while working in senior positions at IBM, Metamor Worldwide and General Electric. James has a doctorate in law with certification in high-technology law and brings extensive expertise in data management to Method360.

Blake Duggan – Vice President, Business Intelligence

Blake began his professional career as a management consultant with Price Waterhouse and served in many leadership roles on both the delivery and practice development sides of the business. Blake brings extensive SAP solutions delivery experience to Method360 across numerous industries including pharmaceutical distribution, biotechnology, apparel and footwear, energy, consumer products, transportation, utilities, and government. More recently, he has spent considerable time in the BI domain and is widely recognized for his thought leadership, architectural skills, and delivery capabilities. He maintains an MBA from the Haskayne School of Business in Calgary, Alberta.

Marcos Gallardo – Vice President, SAP Consulting

Marcos bring over 15 years of experience with SAP applications and Project Management. After starting his career with the oil industry in Venezuela, Marcos worked with Price Waterhouse and SAP America before joining Method360 in 2007. He has taken positions of leadership in the delivery of complex solutions for pharmaceutical, manufacturing, retail, and high technology companies. Recently he has been involved in the deployment of Program Management and Release Management Offices.  Marcos is responsible for the SAP Delivery Practice including all program and project management activities.

Greg Stimpson – Vice President, Enterprise Performance Management

Greg Stimpson is responsible for the Enterprise Performance Management Practice at Method 360.  Greg’s career includes FI/CO development, Business Intelligence planning and forecasting systems, project and program management and thought leadership. He has presented at many local and national ASUG events and worked successfully with over 10 clients engaged in multiple full life cycle software implementations and upgrade projects. Greg has worked with Method360 and its clients for over 4 years.  Greg earned master’s degree in organizational management from Brigham Young University.

Nevvar Hickmet – Vice President, Sales

Mr. Hickmet has joined Method360 as Vice President of Sales and is responsible for driving Method360's Business Development strategy and execution, within the US and Europe, across Method360’s practice areas. Mr. Hickmet has nearly fifteen years of Information Technology experience in both business development and consulting capacities, with a core focus in the delivery of Enterprise Architecture, Business Intelligence, and ERP solutions. His industry experience spans Telecommunications, High Tech, Entertainment, Consumer Packaged Goods, Retail, Discrete Manufacturing, Oil and Gas and Public Sector (Federal, State and local), both within the United States and across Europe, The Middle East, Asia Pacific, Australia, and Central and South America. Mr. Hickmet received his BA in the United Kingdom and is a Certified Enterprise Architect (TOGAF 9).

Erik Axton – Vice President, Operations & Solutions

Erik Axon has joined Method360 as Vice President of Operations and Solutions.  Mr. Axton’s roll is to manage Method360’s consulting operation as well as define and expand Method360’s Solution offerings. Mr. Axton has nearly twenty years of Business and Information Technology experience in both consulting and practice development. Mr. Axton’s expertise includes Professional Services Operations, Solution Development and Program Management across High Tech, Manufacturing, Oil and Gas and Public Sector.

Prakash Devotta – Director, Recruitment

Prakash Devotta joined Method360 as Director – Recruitment. Mr Devotta has over 20 years of experience in Recruitment, HR, Offshore and Operations. As part of his previous assignments in International recruiting he has worked in over 15 countries.
