The Wells Fargo Home Equity Internet division desired ubiquitous distribution of their financial/lending products through the newly emerging WWW/B2B partnership channels. They faced the following challenges:
- Wells Fargo Home Equity had aggressive sales goals
- The Home Equity team had resource constraints and lacked the expertise to implement B2B solutions
